So…who are we?
We are a group of families with various skills who thought we would get together and build a completely free to use selling platform in the run up to Christmas.
We have a great complement of skills including:
- Web Design and SEO
- Graphic Design
- Social Media Management
- Online Retail
Is it really free?
We know a lot of families are suffering and feeling the squeeze at the moment.
Many independent sellers and crafters rely on Christmas for that little extra top up.
With markets and Christmas fairs cancelled this year we put our collective heads together and came up with the concept of a multi seller platform that didn’t take a slice of your profits in the run up to Christmas.
We’ve seen a lot of similar activity on Facebook but felt these were becoming quite saturated and complex to administer.
That’s not to say we don’t have a Facebook presence, of course, we do and you can join our group here:
How Does It Work?
We’ve tried to make it as simple as possible to setup and run.
You open your shop.
You add your products.
Potential customers contact you directly from our website with product enquiries.
We chose not to go down the full ‘online payments’ route at this time in order to keep it simple.
We expect to add this functionality in the New Year along with an iPhone and Android App that customers can use to order – this may bring a modest annual administration charge in the New Year but our overriding philosophy of not taking a slice of each sale will be set in stone.
Our combined local Facebook groups have over 30,000 members.
