Delivery/Shipping
I dispatch orders within 1-3 business working days.
Despatch times will always be kept to a minimum and turnaround times can be up to 14 days for custom orders. Unless agreed with customer and Willow Tree Wax Melts.
P+P costs will always be kept to a minimum.
We use Royal Mail 2nd class shipping.
Current shipping is within the UK only.
Customers within the local area of Stirlingshire, Scotland have a collection option.
Once shipped your goods are the responsibility of the postal/courier service, in the unlikely event of a delivery not being made, missing or lost it is the postal/courier service responsibility to investigate and refund.
Wax melts received broken will not be refunded/exchanged
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Refund/Exchange & Returns policy
You have the right to return/exchange your goods within 14 days for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund/exchange, the items must be in the same condition it was received, in original packaging, unused and in sellable condition.
Please contact willowtreewaxmelts@gmail.com for details on how to return your package.
All postage costs are at the expense of the customer and wont form a part of the refund.
It is your responsibility for the goods to arrive packaged sufficiently to avoid any damages and for loss of packages.
Any products made to your specifications or personalised will not apply to the refund/exchange & return policy.
You will receive a refund/exchange once the products have been received and we are satisfied that it follows our returns/exchange & returns policy.
We do not issue refunds/exchanges for scents you dislike or goods purchased in the sale.
