Edenixas off free shipping on all UK orders via Royal Mail 2nd class which takes ~2-3 working days.

Express delivery (royal Mail 1st Class) is available at an additional cost of £2.50 per item. Delivery 1-2 working days.

Refund Policy

Personalised items cannot be refunded.

If for any reason you would like to return your order, please contact Edenixas and we will try and resolve the issue. You have 14 working days to return your item in its original packaging. On receipt, the item will be inspected and you'll be contacted with the outcome. If the return is approved, the refund will be via your original method of payment and subject to your card issuers timescale.

Please note that the delivery return cost is your responsibility and Edenixas will not credit you for this.
