We offer FREE SHIPPING on all our UK orders. All our UK orders are sent out First Class with Royal Mail Signed For service. Please be aware that packages usually take 1-3 days to arrive. During peak times this can be longer.

Spirited Clothes Returns Policy
We hope that you love the items you purchase but we know occasionally things can go wrong, so if there is something that isn’t right with what you’ve ordered please inform us within 30 days of receipt of your order.

This applies to goods received that are:
- Damaged or faulty
- Not what you ordered

You have the option of the following:
Exact Replacement product (if available)
Replacing it with another product of the same value

Refund
For orders where the item has been damaged or is not what you ordered, we offer free returns for orders within the UK.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will send you a return envelope.

Please note: For international orders we are not able to offer free returns.

Cancellations

If you’d like to cancel your order please contact us within 14 days of your order. Orders cannot be cancelled after 14 days. Please email us on sales@spiritedclothes.co.uk to let us know if you wish to cancel your order.

Other Returns

You are able to return an item for any reason within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. You have the option of:
- Exchanging the product for one of the same value
- Credit Note
- Refund
