UK DELIVERY (UK Mainland only)

*We use couriers to ensure that your product arrives with you in the safest possible way and due to the fact that the majority of our products are prohibited to send via Royal Mail and other postal services.

Our goods are dispatched via APC and the standard delivery is Free for orders over £10 (UK mainland only)Delivery for orders under £10 will be charged a fee of £4.38 (UK mainland only)

Single delivery address per order.

We use APC for most of our shipments, however, on occasion, we may use another courier. If you have been supplied with a tracking number, please visit the relevant courier’s website to track your order.

We aim to process orders within 1-3 working days, although at busy times we may take slightly longer. If you need your order urgently just let us know and we will try our very best to accommodate you.

Refund Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchases from The Aroma Room, however, if for any reason you are not, we can offer an exchange or refund on any item as long as it is returned within 14 days of receipt.

All items must be returned to us in perfect condition (unless faulty or damaged in transit) and will be inspected once we have received the return as we would love to sell the product again. This means all products must have intact packaging, including relevant tags and labeling. Products must not have been opened and/or used (unless faulty). If your return was purchased as part of a gift set or a free gift was offered, the complete gift set and/or free gift must be returned to us. We cannot return or exchange only part of a gift set.

Please ensure your return is properly packaged before returning it to us, we suggest using the box your order arrived in with the same fill we have used to send the order out. Please return it our warehouse at the following address:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 days.

If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 7 working days and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Please note, we can only offer exchanges on items if they are defective or damaged.

With the exception of faulty items, we are unable to reimburse postage costs. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting in the case for whatever reason the parcel fails to reach us, and where possible send the return on a tracked service.
